How Early Should I Start Planning My Virtual Event?

It’s never too early to start planning and marketing your virtual event.

The more time you give your team to execute a well-planned event, the better.

And we’re happy to be a part of your team! We’re breaking down our virtual event production timeline so that you can go from Plan It to Upload without needing a Mickey Ice Cream (unless you want one!).

Capturing pre-recorded content in our virtual studio and editing takes time.

At any given moment our team has several events in progress, and we pride ourselves on giving all of them the time and attention they deserve.

Once a video element goes to client review, there’s still work to be done. Every component, from music that evokes the right emotion to planned chat engagement, takes thought and consideration.

For a little perspective — and a flashback to one of our favorite adventures — let’s turn to one of the biggest events of the year (in our minds at least) and follow their planning and marketing process.

Disney started planning their 50th Anniversary Celebration years ago. New rides like Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure were planned, an entire park had to be themed and that castle doesn’t get a makeover with a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo. Or does it?

All these plans were thrown for a loop (or a wild ride on the Tea Cups) because of the pandemic. Had they not had enough time to react & adapt, they wouldn’t have been able to pull off the storytelling magic they had planned.

We want your event to be as magical as a day at the parks, so please reach out to us as soon as you make the decision to go virtual. See ya real soon!
