Amy Garelick has spent 25+ years in the business of making things visible. From Disney Media to special event production to strategic brand work across the Mid-Atlantic, she has built a career on the belief that visibility is not vanity — it's leadership.
As Founder and Creative Director of POWER UP Productions, Amy works with organizations at every stage — from founders who are just beginning to articulate their story, to established institutions that need to close the gap between their impact and their reach.
Her work is rooted in a simple truth: you don't have a content problem. You have a visibility gap. And it can be closed.
Amy is also the co-founder of Women in Business RVA, a community built to support women entrepreneurs with resources, connection, and visibility. She speaks regularly on visibility architecture, strategic storytelling, and content systems — bringing the same strategic rigor to stages that she brings to every client engagement.
