POWER UP Productions is a Richmond-based video production company that helps leaders, founders, and organizations get the visibility they deserve. We also run AMP "Amplify My Presence" - a membership community for women who are done being the best-kept secret in their industry.
We’re a small team that punches above its weight. Amy leads creative direction and business development. Andy leads camera, color, audio, and post-production. And we’re growing - which means we need people who are ready to own their lane and run with it.

Open Positions
Client & Project Coordinator
Part-Time · Hybrid in Richmond · 10–15 hrs/week · $22–$28/hr
The person who keeps our client production work running on time, on point, and off Amy’s plate. You’ll manage client communications, coordinate shoots, track projects across every active account, and handle invoicing — so our creative and production team can focus on what they do best.
You’re right for this if: you’ve managed multiple projects or clients at once, you communicate clearly under pressure, and people call you organized in a way that sounds like a compliment.

AMP Membership Coordinator
Part-Time · Hybrid in Richmond · 10–15 hrs/week · $22–$28/hr
The person who runs AMP — our monthly visibility membership for women business owners. You’ll own member communications, venue booking, guest pass logistics, community engagement, and social media content that makes Richmond women stop scrolling and want in. Amy leads the Zoom sessions, production, and content strategy. You make sure the machine runs.
You’re right for this if: you’re already connected in the Richmond women entrepreneur community, people call you a connector, and you want to build something that’s actively expanding — DC is next.

How We Hire
We don’t do marathon interview processes. We do real conversations and real work.
1. A conversation. Not a grilling. We want to see how you think, how you communicate, and whether this feels like a fit for both of us.
2. A practical exercise.Something short and real — not a hypothetical. We want to see how you approach the actual work.
3. A paid trial. 2–4 weeks working on a real account or real project. Full pay. This is how we both find out if it works — no guessing.
