Fifteen minutes, one-on-one, with a POWER UP director behind the camera. You will connect with our team in advance of the event. You can even use a teleprompter. We coach you through what to say and how to say it. Then we shoot it, edit it and return it to you in under a week.
What to expect: one to three short talking-head clips.

How the afternoon works.
3:00 PM · Arrive
Check in, phones out
Find your spot, meet the small group of women you'll be creating alongside, and get your phone set up to shoot before the first station opens.
3:15 PM · Warm Up
Quick coaching, no scripts
Fifteen minutes on what makes content actually land on camera: posture, framing, energy. Then you're moving.
3:30 to 5:00 PM · Stations
Rotate through every content station
In your peer group, you'll move through candid B-roll, brand photos, this month's bonus flat lay, and a POST IT table where you get straight answers on editing and what to publish first. A coach directs you at every station. Everything is captured on your own phone. Booked a SAY IT slot? That's your one-on-one director-cam time, worked in during rotation.
5:00 to 5:30 PM · Wrap
Golden hour, last shots
The best light of the day is the last half hour. Grab your final frames and walk out with everything already on your phone, ready to post.

Woodside Farms
An October afternoon at Woodside Farms in Glen Allen, made for exactly this.Bring your nerves, leave with a "season" of content already on your phone.
This is a working farm, not a set: fresh produce, cut flowers, and The Barn, on land that's been feeding Hanover County since 1870. Every station gets a real backdrop.
Free and easy on-site parking. Just off of Route 1 near Virginia Center Commons.
Before you book
A few things you're probably wondering
I came to the last one. Is this the same thing?
No. The bonus station and the venue change every camp. October is a flat lay on a farm. December will be something else. The event is now 2.5 Hours long.
Who is this for?
Women (with a strong focus on women in business), whether you've never posted a reel or you post three a week. The camera-shy get coached through every station with a group who's just as nervous. The content-lovers get a director, a new location, and a bonus station they can't set up on their own. Both leave with the same thing: a season of content shot in one afternoon.
Do I need any experience on camera?
None. This day is built for women who avoid the camera. You'll be coached through every station, right alongside your group.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, plus a product or branded prop or two for the flat lay. Wear whatever makes you feel like you.
Can I come with a friend?
Please do. Grab your tickets together.
What do I actually leave with?
B-roll, brand photos, this month's bonus flat lay, and a posting plan from the POST IT table. All captured with a pro directing. Add a SAY IT slot and you leave with on-camera video too.
What device is my content captured on?
Your own device - so everything's already where you need it to post.
How can I attend for free?
Yes - if you are a member of AMP (the monthly video creator membership) you can attend AMP CAMP for free - all season long.
What is SAY IT and do I need it?
SAY IT is the one paid add-on: fifteen minutes one-on-one with a POWER UP director, coached through what to say on camera. You need it if you want talking-head video from the day. The camp pass covers B-roll, photos, the flat lay, and POST IT. Video of you speaking is only in SAY IT.
How do I add SAY IT?
Select "Add SAY IT" in the notes at checkout when you reserve your spot. Slots are limited and go first come, first served. Already bought a pass or can't figure out where notes are in the payment link? Email amy@powerup-productions.com and we'll add it.
When will my SAY it slot happen?
During your rotation, so you don't miss a station. You'll get your time when you check in.
Wait... can I record video with audio at the event?
Sure!! It's your phone and your afternoon. What you won't get without SAY IT is a director asking the questions, coaching your delivery, running the take and the EDITING. That might be the difference between footage you took and footage you'll actually post.
