Q: Do you offer post-production only?
Yes. Already filmed your content? Send it our way and we’ll edit, enhance, and brand it with custom sound, motion graphics, and polish.

Booking & Payments
Q: How do I get started?
Submit an inquiry online or reach out via email. We’ll hop on a discovery call, learn about your goals, and create a custom quote or proposal.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons or for larger projects.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and online payments.
​
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Some products and intensives may require full payment at booking.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options for larger projects. Let’s talk about what works for your timeline and budget.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens - just give us at least 48–72 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule where possible. Cancellations after a certain point may incur a fee (outlined in your agreement).
